Who else sees it
These companies process it on my behalf, each under contract: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email and the newsletter list), Groq (chatbot answers), Google Ireland (analytics, only if you accept), Calendly (only if you book a call).
Several are in the United States, so some data leaves the EU under the European Commission standard contractual clauses. I do not sell or share your data, and no automated decision is made about you.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, receive it in a portable form, or object. You can withdraw consent at any time, and every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Cookies
No cookie is set until you accept one, and refusing changes nothing. Analytics is the only thing behind that choice, and the cookie preferences link in the footer reopens it. The newsletter carries no tracking pixel.
